It is a great company with nice senior management team.

To use the word the company adopted, it is a great place to work. Senior management team are very nice to even junior workers. They care about talent retention and development.

Cons

The company does not have a big big name in the Fortune 500 list due to little exposure. Another cons is that they were not doing much in brand management.

Cons

Below average salaries. Limited advancement. Vertical structure with very little freedom. Very "corporate" in the sense of control over employees with little decision making abilities. Most go through corporate ranks for everything.
