none. I think the company has their act together and the management is aware and on the right track to achieve long term success and affect positive change across a wide patient experience

People in general, great ethics (at certain levels), great products & brands

Cons

Losing its ethics for $. Senior Management don't walk the talk. Politics & the opinion of the one or two people can lead a direction that is not wholly compliant with the intended ethics of the business.

No life balance, training sucked learn on your own. Chaotic and crazy plans every quarter to fix broken or non existent processes....
