      Great people, Great company to work for. great development opportunities and amazing ingrained company values. Excellent officers all keen to cultivate talent from within the prganization.

      none. I think the company has their act together and the management is aware and on the right track to achieve long term success and affect positive change across a wide patient experience

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
