Great products; great area business manager; company car

Cons

Base pay is weak, especially considering the amount of experience that some reps bring to BD; very difficult to make a good bonus because of the long sales cycles and fact that BD products are most expensive in a competitive situation

Good opportunity for people who thrive in changing or chaotic environments Nice work place and very pleasant and supportive co-workers Interesting products that are valuable to society

Cons

Pressure to be innovative and fast, which is good, is totally hampered by management's unwillingness to chance very complex and restrictive processes. Different functions are siloed, and increasing pressure is leading to middle managers in some areas to blame and bully less influential managers in other functions.
