Pros
Great work/life balance. Excellent culture: friendly and well-educated co-workers, non-confrontational/respectful colleagues and managers. Very nice facility with many amenities. HR culture promotes camaraderie with many extracurricular events. Given the size, its a great place to meet different people and grow your professional network.
Cons
Pace is slow. For highly ambitious lower level employees it is difficult to move up or laterally given the politics and lack of visibility. Very rigid structure and difficult to get around processes.
