      Fun to watch the duck turf wars in the pond out back.

      Cons

      Exodus of most talented and tenured employees due to lack of respect and poor WLB. The HR people who cared all left too.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
