- stable - good benefits - lots of lateral and upward mobility, but a lot of it is due to turnover

Cons

- extremely poor customer service - overweight, bureaucratic structure - legal & HR impose in every minute detail of your job - socialized in a sense that top performers don’t get rewarded. Bottom performers get a pass - entirely too much emphasis on admin and not enough emphasis on what can make the business successful - highly political - fearful and surreptitious culture - “snitch” culture to get ahead
