      Large company feel, attention to detail and HR has been problematic

      Pros

      Salaries are ok, but you have to fight for them, benefits are ok

      Cons

      large and disorganized always seems that the employee is the last to be considered, even though the mandate from the top seems to stress the employee is the mots important part of the puzzle. Some good accounts, but working for the company itself and dealing with the red tape was really challenging at some points. Part of the NA company used to be owned by Siemens, and transition was not graceful, especially with the HR portion which tells you something.

      A lot of internal opportunities at Atos Belux, but as a business consultant not a lot of choices in projects.

      Pros

      - Good compensation & salary - Opportunities internally (but no long term commitment) - Nice colleagues - No strict follow-up of results: free to plan your own hours / time ( negative: performance and results are not linked, only your attendance is a criterium) - Open door policy but in real life: very hierarchical and close-minded

      Cons

      - No commitment when you get an assignment - No clear deadline or expectations in a project - No transparent communication - No clear career follow-up - Training which you can't put into practice because there are no assignments which match with the given training (Project management, ITIL) - Not a clear match between competencies of business consultants and projects: frustration as a result
