Pros
- Good compensation & salary - Opportunities internally (but no long term commitment) - Nice colleagues - No strict follow-up of results: free to plan your own hours / time ( negative: performance and results are not linked, only your attendance is a criterium) - Open door policy but in real life: very hierarchical and close-minded
Cons
- No commitment when you get an assignment - No clear deadline or expectations in a project - No transparent communication - No clear career follow-up - Training which you can't put into practice because there are no assignments which match with the given training (Project management, ITIL) - Not a clear match between competencies of business consultants and projects: frustration as a result
