Pros
Niche technologies, looks good on CV and the experience I gained with Atos was integral to landing my next couple of jobs. Good benefits and some systems like the expenses system were very good in comparison to other places I've worked. Large customers with interesting projects. Good place for young professionals and graduates to learn their trade then move on!
Cons
Took too long to get basic things done, due to cumbersome procedures and having to jump through several hoops for the most basic tasks. Internal politics, more so than anywhere else I've worked. Massive pressure put on staff to deliver projects. Lack of opportunity for career development despite working ridiculous hours to deliver projects to timescale.
