Pros

Salary and benefits are above average with pension and profit sharing. Work from home flexibility is a plus.

Cons

Questionable ethical practices; employees are seen as a number; terrible work life balance; heavy workloads with little direction; corporate does not take exemplary work into account when making decisions on employee removal or layoffs

Cons

- Terrible culture as new leadership takes charge - Surely not a good place to work at currently - Diversity of thought is not valued - Stressful environment currently - Short term decisions being made to support fianncial objectives - highly overpriced stock - a survey of employees who have been here at least 5 years will reveal the unfavorable reviews

don’t stay for too long

Pros

Exponential growth and pension after 5 years, if you last that long...

Cons

Everything else: 1) ADC tries to market itself as the innovative health tech company of Silicon Valley. Don’t buy it because its culture and benefit cannot be compared to other big tech companies. The work culture here is toxic. People gossip like it is part of their work responsibilities. 2) Many people have stayed here for a very long time and don’t bother to contribute to the work anymore (a few still do and work very hard) but for those who don’t, they spend 1/3 of their time bothering coworkers and chat loudly, 1/3 of their time surfing on the internet looking at Facebook or watching football games, 1 hour lunch, and then done for the day. Why is the company still wasting money paying these people’s salary? And don’t get sucked in by their pension plan. You only get pension after working here for 5 years, if you can last that long. 3) They are trying hard to recruit and retain young blood since many are reaching the retirement age here, which is 50. For the young folks who are considering join or just joined, don’t stay here for too long. Grass is greener outside of ADC.
