The company tries very hard to maintain employee retention, which is great. They hire very qualified individuals which promotes excellence.

Cons

Just like any large corporation, processes move very slowly.

Good company with great CEO. New products in the pipeline as well and a great benefit package.

Cons

Sales figures for territories changes frequently and can be inaccurate. It is difficult to determine how your territory is doing.

The environment was very good and friendly considering it is such a large multinational corporation. The salary was also competitive

Expect you to work hard and cannot blame them considering the competitive salary level and what the company does on a day-to-day basis.
