Pros

Many smart people, well-respected products for hospitals and labs. Interesting jobs working to help people medically with products and services. Some management is good - if you are lucky you get good support.

Cons

Shrinking US presence, much of production moved overseas and US people just laid off. As mentioned above, quality of management is hit or miss, with more on the miss side.
