Pros

great group to work with, enjoy being part of a colaborative environment and get to work with a bunch of groups within research. Its nice to work with others who are motivated, have goals, and who do the right thing.

Cons

commensation is lacking compared to other companies conducting equivelant work. Hard to also watch others continually get promoted when they do a significant less amount of work while others are expected to operate at a higher efficiency.

Pros

Well, we have one of the better benefit and pension packages still around, and it seems to be well funded. It is also not uncommon for people to work here 20-30 years.

Cons

They have this amusing habit of repeating history. I've seen it happen several times in my dozen or so years with the company.
