      In the present competitive scenario, where retention of customers are very important, AHPL has comparatively lesser initiatives to retain its loyal customers in the market, which may slowly affect its business in near future.

      Solid place to experience drug discovery as it is really done

      Great colleagues, good resources, interesting projects. Good mix of biologics and small molecules.

      Cons

      Slow and very cautious to develop drug candidates (i.e., many worthy candidates never progress to clinical trials). Management can be parochial, and seems at times not to understand how to truly nurture a worldwide company.

      Large company feel, profit sharing is a big benefit, ability to transfer to other divisions

      Cons

      quickly assemulates cultures to be the same. Pay for growth, but no support to gain growth. Management seems inept with diferent agenda. More worried about thier power point presentations vs. taking care of business. Hostile relationship with sales and marketing.
