Pros

Easy interview process… but then it went down

Cons

After interview , it wasn’t clear what to do next. They wanted me to take all of this exams , without any preparation and bring my own clients , without any trainings

Pros

Everyone at AXA are lovely to work with. The culture element of the company is great.

Cons

Training is poor. New members get thrown into the deep end. Constantly adding new targets to an already heavy workload. Focus on extra tasks instead of dealing with your own work. Constant phone calls and not much off line work
