Pros

My review is a bit older, when AXA was bigger in India. The org had a high French feel, and policies and procedures were very global. Great work culture and policies. Good pay.

Cons

Lot of changes happened during my tenure - including complete leadership teams getting changed, and AXA losing its effect in India to other JV players. Hence work environment was bad and toxic.

Pros

Colleagues were lovely. Good lunch breaks and good shifts.

Cons

Poor pay. Lack of promotion opportunities. Entire structure of workload was very poorly managed by higher up the chain leaving the bottom level staff on the least pay to clean up so much mess.
