One of the largest European-based asset management company with a multi-expert model. Business continues to grow notably within developing regions such as Asia. Client centric and excellent investment solutions.

Cons

Dependency on AXA Group towards investments. IT tool to be improved in the offices.

Too much politics, tug-of-war personal agendas of top execs, baron-style mentality preventing leverage of global footprint, too many useless transversal roles generating no value but hindrance
