Pros

* working in AXA Group Operations: very innovative company, constantly changing, very dynamic atmosphere, international exposure, great benefits, lots of internal mobility opportunities, focus on diversity and equity, no gender pay gaps, focus on promoting women

Cons

* hard to get a raise, company is still working out best practices for reward * as the company is french, sometimes it becomes very hierarchichal and top down * maybe sometimes abit too much change and not enough strategy around the direction
