Pros

The people are great, offer a nice training program and working environment. It was great to be able to intern at a firm as prominent as AXA.

Cons

Due to the fragmentation of divisions inside the company there was limited contact around the company. I met some great people but wish that I could have expanded my horizons a bit more.

Pros

Really good team, great management. They do take an interest in their staff and want you to progress. Good office space

Cons

The pay could be better. They dont pay you for overtime but expect you to stay late in order to complete the zillion tasks that they put on you.

Pros

Fairness and challenge along with great coworkers.

Cons

Flat structure results in limited promotion opportunities for those who want to "climb the corporate ladder." Must be satisfied with the work, not looking forward to the next job.
