Pros

there is no more target to do, its on you how much business to do in a month, the more business you'll do the more profit you'll gain

Cons

yet to have branches in every city and managers always change so it gets difficulty to work with another and ofcourse it takes some time to always settle down with a new person/manager

No strategy , worst place to work

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Flexible, fast, dynamic, autonomy, good as long as you stay local

Cons

Absolutely no respect to people, local entities, isolated culture with little focus on team building and communication, French prevails for no reason! Super low salary or abusing contract
