Pros

If you learn to sell life insurance sell anything.

Cons

It is almost impossible to make this a career fund to build your life. You can survive for a while, but no personal life, if you work hard and do nothing else. Systematic denials will get tired and will shorten your work.

1. global name 2. some smart colleagues around 3. people are willing to go above and beyond their job responsibilities

Cons

1. extremely heavy workload and always felt being slaved away without giving you enough time to breathe 2. keeps requesting you to give your best while not apprecating what you have achieved and delivered. take its people for granted 3.agressive and defensive upper managment team who don't believe in leaders playing a key part in corportate culture. avoid accountability 4. sales comes first people come last. culture and way of doing things not on the agenda. 5. low wages
