Pros

In AXA there are many professional and intelligent co-workers. They are very innovative with many ideas for the future which are closely followed by top management, it really shows their involvement. Further there are many opportunities to work abroad as AXA is represented in many countries around the world.

Cons

Working for AXA can sometimes by irritating as there are too many bureaucratic obstacles. In certain departments people are sometimes not courageous enough to take a decision and it goes through too many channels. Also, even though there are many good and intelligent workers, some of the workers do not share the same attitude and prevents you in completing your tasks.
