Pros

very group oriented, keeping everyone on the same page and in the loop. Also a very respected and marketable name brand.

Cons

No base salary, only commission driven. Also, found it to be very competitive between teams that was working in close proximity, cannibalism?

Pros

Good benefits, good working environment can but be stressful at times. Managing own work schedule and claim files. Fun and cheerful colleagues. Customers oriented and emphasis on provide good customer experience.

Cons

No training program other than company's own cultural program. Micro managed from middle managment but top management detached from daily operations. Little career advancement opportunities due to tenured employees and back-chatters.
