Pros

There are good mentors in the company. Easy to take holidays. Since the atmosphere is family like, there would be less stress and pressure to work in the office.

Cons

Low salary for actuaries. No enough exam supports. Management does not take actuarial exam progress into base salary consideration. During reporting seasons, staffs work during weekends.
