Do you have experience with technical copywriting?
General questions. Not much asked. They have just one employee in Canada. The company seems to losing market in North America. Its base is in HK. A lot of things will be asked to you to do, even if it isn't the position that you applied for.
Describe yourself.
You have a customer call in who has been transferred 3 times already, how would you explain to her that you have to transfer her to get a technician?
Basic questions on relevant work experience and also on future long term goals. More specifically questions relating to software experience like CAD and Microstation were asked in detail.
Can you work on weekends.?
It was purely technical round and the interview questions was asked as per my Projects and tools I worked with.
