I was the only tester being hired in a team of mostly telecom IVR engineers. The manger asked about my background and standard QA testing question like what's black box testing, white box, etc. then they threw my a google style teaser question.
What programs have you strategically initiated, tactically implemented? What were their respective outcomes to your company's bottom line?
The case was pretty big (5 pages) for 45 minutes, make sure you practice a lot with note taking, because they collect everything after you are done with the case. Behavioral questions were: Why EY, Why consulting, Why [insert our department here], Strengths/Weaknesses, Leadership, Teamwork, Conflict. Make sure you know your resume and can elaborate on each and every point in it. Also, S.T.A.R. framework is really helpful
Strength based questions, asking you to draw on previous experiences showing these strengths applicable to the role.
