First interview was playing mini games online. Games were actually fun. One calculation game. Like a x b =56 and you need to choose a and b but it gets harder. you need to solve as mans as you can in a short time. one was moving pipe directions from the start to the end to meet both ends. The last one was something like remembering remeating numbers, I don't really remember. After passing that step successfully, the next interview is a video interview. You have only one chance to record your answer. I thought I will have a second chance, that's why I failed. You are given 3 questions. First is easy. You are given a noon-profit project and you need to assign people to contribute. But people you are assigning are working in different areas and some of them are managers who already have too many responsibilities. How would you manage the project. I don't remember the second question was, but it was harder than first one, but not that hard. 3rd was a nightmare. 2 pages of data. You need to read the situation and develop a marketing strategy. 3 countries, one product. How to increase sale there and how would you understand if yous strategy works? Which tools do you use? Which departments would you ask help from?
