Please describe a situation when you had an angry customer and how did you resolve the issue?
I was asked how I would approach an associate with attitude and/or attendance issues. Pat asked me a bunch of questions about what my previous boss would say about me. Also what areas I needed improvement. I was asked how I dealt with certain situations pertaining to difficult peers or managers.
