Interview
Cleared the test and HR said they would call after you scheduled the time slot. I scheduled two slots and both times HR failed to turn up or apologize.
I have since uninstalled my Uber App. I sincerely hope you don't get any Series funding and you close shop.
I am supporting Grab and Lyft from now on.

Interview was not organized and messy - people doesn't seem to be aligned with the job or even know the exact position they are interviewing for. The whole process was based on oddly specific questions, a whole fishing for idea kind of thing.

One online analytical test (which I didn't pass). No phone screen with HR. I applied online & got the timed test the next day. You'll need to know Excel Pivot table, as well as knowledge of Uber operating model (e.g., KPIs, surge pricing, etc.) for the test.
