I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Thoughtworks in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview process was smooth and clear. All the steps were explained at the beginning and after each interview phase I've got a very open feedback. There were several parts: a HR interview, a pair-programming interview for 1.5 hours, a cultural fit interview for 1 hour and a leadership interview. All the people involved in all these parts were friendly and open, gave me a very good impression about the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why and why not would use pair programming and TDD?
The interview was a pair programming exercise where you're given user stories to implement live.
The interview process was very one-sided. Not many discussions or input during the pair programming exercise.

Question 1
Implement user stories with an existing REST application
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Barcelone) in Oct 2020
Interview
Rather a lengthy process:
1- recruiter short video call (30 min)
2- two senior developers video call (1 hour): asking about your experience
3- pair programming level 1: a problem concerning schedueling an event with participants. They asked me to first describe how can we approach the problem, i.e. what are main player, etc and some basic UML sketch. Then, start coding in java. Nothing really complex. You need to create classes as quick as you can using TDD to convince them that you have done this many times, that's it (use IDE functionality as much as you can, they seem to love it) (1.5 hour)
4- pair programming level 2: explain same problem to another senior developer who supposedly doesn't know it. Then develop it further (1 hour)
5- behavioral with a lead (30 min)
6- behavioral with two HR, who sort of interrogate you asking random questions (1 hour)
7- technical interview with two senior developers, nothing special really
