Interview
An internal recruiter approached me directly through LinkedIn. There was an initial phone screen interview (mostly regarding TDD-like subjects), then a programming assignment to return within 3 days.
The assignment came with the proviso that the completed work should be "production-quality code". Of course this means different things to different people. My (fully working, documented and 99.9% unit-tested) submission was rejected for not meeting that requirement and the process ended there.
The process was conducted very professionally with the exception of the coding assignment reviewer who was extremely blunt when giving their opinion of my work, which I felt was unnecessary.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Hyderâbâd) in Apr 2016
Interview
There are always few kind of interviewers, who does not know anything but over enthusiastic or total rigid. I met one today at thoughtworks.
She keep on blabbering about her recent Bangladesh (Yes, you heard it right) trip since starting. And when she is evaluating the code done, she claimed that "HR might have told you that I'm not concerned about the quality or output (which I've missed as few were on other side of the hall), I just want it to be designed in oop". Ok.
And then when it was done, she barely had a look. During the interview, she was looking for some buzz words unless you give her those, your answer will not be listened.
My sincere suggestion to the folks who are doing any kind of interview.
Just because you are doing interview, you are not the almighty and don't consider yourself as you know everything and the others as they don't know anything. It's just you got the opportunity to choose the best talent to the company.
And DON'T BLUFF as you know everything (Here, you better start with Difference between BruteForce and Optimal)
I appreciate the efforts put in by HR and the management. It was smoothly conducted.

Question 1
Question on MineSweeper. You are given n*n matrix and inputs from User. Play the game and tell the user if he wins or not. Display the grid at each step.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Shanghai, Shanghai) in Nov 2014
Interview
There were five processes during the interview , And in fact what they concerned was not the knowledge you have learn but the method you used when you give out your solution to the problems they give.
