Interview
First they call you and explain what is the program and have a 'mini' conversation about your experience and expectations. Then they sent me a test on Hackerrank that I had to solve within a timeframe and after that, they do a 'pairing interview' where you have to do pairing with a programmer and try to solve a few things on javascript. Then, they have a cultural interview, where they use this card game to ask questions about your cultural point of view on different topics.
