Extenso proceso con múltiples entrevistas (entrevista con reclutador, sesión de pair programming/entrevista técnica con un desarrollador, presentación sobre ti mismo ante 1 reclutador y 1 desarrollador, entrevista de fit cultural con 2 miembros de la empresa), todo esto después de haber pasado una prueba técnica básica a través de hacker rank. Es un proceso que toma tiempo, pero está destinado a evaluar tanto tus capacidades técnicas como tu adecuación con la cultura de la empresa, algo que para Thoughtworks es muy importante.

En la entrevista cultural te tocan preguntas al azar (te dan a elegir tarjetas) y la mayoría están relacionadas con temas de inclusión, género, sesgos inconscientes, etc. para determinar si eres una persona abierta de mente, que esté dispuesta a seguir aprendiendo sobre temas de lucha social

Interview
Very interesting interview process. There was an initial chat with the internal recruiter, then a Hacker Rank test, then a paired programming task, then a presentation and lastly questions to see alignment with the company culture. I feel like I enjoyed the interview process and thought it was interesting that we got to speak to different people in the company through each stage. I felt quite calm and comfortable talking to everyone during this process which is different from other interviews in other companies where it is more scary.

I think there were questions about Object Oriented programming in the Hacker Rank.
It was a thorough process but they made it less intimidating to the person being interviewed by having junior employees conducting the interviews, this was something that i liked a lot.
