Tell us your experience on metrics for product development
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Tesla in Dec 2023
Interview
The length of time from submitting an application to receiving an offer was very long for me, 3-4 months. I think it can be that way, but can also be extremely quick depending on how urgent the needs are. Multi-step interview process; very few, if any, of the "cookie cutter" interview questions. Primary goal was to gauge technical aptitude and be entirely transparent about the high expectations within the company. Very good interview practice, even if the company isn't the best fit for you.
