Interview
I applied on the website for several positions. There is a skills/personality assessment that you have to take once, but they don't make you repeat it for each position you apply for. I was contacted a few days later and did a phone interview with a recruiter. I was then invited to an open interview session where I interviewed with a store manager. I interviewed on two different days with two different managers and was not offered a position. I had over 7 years of wireless sales experience and a great rapport with customers. Their loss.

Interview
panel interview with local and regional recruiter. An very elaborate back ground check, in which documentation of proof of employment and school may be required (in my case it was). background check took about 2 weeks for myself with an online company called hireright located at hireright(dot)com. hireright was easy to deal with but the t-mobile recuiters were more anal about the background check and every little detail. just make sure you resume is as accurate as possible.

Interview
Sales manager told me there would be a total of 5 interviews. 3 with managers, 1 with potential peers, and 1 with Area Sales Mgr. The process went fairly quickly. on 2/3 interviews the managers seemed distracted and were moving things around on their desk. More than anything, I got a sense that they thought they were a big deal.
