The hiring process at T-Mobile takes an average of 14 days when considering 2 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Customer Experience Intern had the quickest hiring process (on average 14 days), whereas Customer Experience Intern roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 14 days).
The process started with a phone call from a recruiter who walked me through the role and next steps. After that, I had one technical interview with a senior manager at T-Mobile. The questions were straightforward and the manager was very approachable, which made the whole thing feel more like a conversation than a formal interview. It wasn't overly difficult and I walked away feeling good about the experience.

Question 1
If I gave you a raw dataset, what's the first thing you would do?
It’s a grueling process. Do several interviews before you go in for an actual interview. It’s more like a mixer. Meet a variety of people then do a one on one.
2 rounds, mostly behavioral questions. First is with recruiter, then manager of team. Very laid back and casual conversation about background, resume items, how I would handle certain situations, etc. Prepare stories and you will be fine!
