When I went in for the interview it went very well. The woman interviewing me took her job seriously and I got the impression that she expected the same of her employees. She told me she was looking to replace someone right away who "wasn't working out". After asking basic questions such as why do you want to work at subway, what are your strengths, what are your hours, how do you deal with conflict, what is good customer service, and what do you do to set and achieve your goals? When the interview was over she told me she would call me within the next 2 days and give me and inform me on whether or not I got the job. Two days later true to her word she called me back but told me that the job situation had changed and that they were not hiring anyone. She told me though t hat she might call in the next couple weeks if something new opened up and that she might bring me back in. She seemed to like me but in the end there was no job offer and they weren't hiring anyone. Although as I said before I think she would have liked to hire me if she had still had that option. It was a bit frustrating to be brought in, make a good impression, and then be told they were told no goingt to hire anyone after all. But I understand that's how things work. Be pleasant and honest, those surveys you fill out when you apply give them a personality break down and they know if your not honest.
