Shell Administrative Assistant interview questions

No job description was provided, called for interview under the grounds was an informal meeting but still I did prepared for the first impression but without job description was very little to be properly prepared for which caused uncertainty and a sense of disadvantage. Overall the interview went well but no formal questions were made & I noticed they only skimmed through my cv skipping most of my experience and skills. I was asked to sell myself. The person who interviewed wasn't even going to be the immediate manager & the manager for the role at the time of my interview wasn't even yet selected or hired, they were still interviewing for it, hence they didn't have a detailed information for the role requirements & spec until the manager was hired I was asked to wait 3 weeks to see if I was going to be interviewed on a second stage after a month a 4 lines letter was sent with a decision for not including me further on a second stage and wishing me well. No decent company would make you wait this long neither invite you for interview without a job description.
