Interview
I met with the CIO and the manager that I was going to work for and had a very informal interview. I basically told them all of the things that I could do as an assistant and asked them what they did within the company. They would ask specific questions about what they needed assistance with and I would explain the ways that I have handled them in the past. I explained that I am a quick learner and always up for learning new programs and new things.

First a telephone Call a then a. Formal interview in person to discuss the role in further detail. They also asked a lot about my past roles and experiences I would bring to this role
It was Behavioural based. A lot of questions you needed to answer by using the Star technique. They also ask questions just to get to know you as well. Relatively easy.

I applied. Got a call 3 days after and my interview was a week later. Everyone was. Very nice and answered all my questions. They asked how I worked in a team and alone. They asked how I dealt with difficult people.,
