I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Londres, Angleterre) in Sep 2018
Interview
I interviewed for a number of different positions before I finally got a job in the right function. The actual process was great as you could tell they really cared about your WHY (why you want to work there, what drives you as an individual etc) However as soon as I didn't get one role it felt like I was neglected then had to repeat the whole process right from the beginning again for a different team and function within the busienss. I was made promises by certain interviewers which weren't kept, and the recruiters were very slow at responding with feedback. I think overall Salesforce have a good, inivative interview structure in place but the pace of hiring is clearly so fast pace that it can be quite brutal and demoralising for individuals like myself who do not go for the right job first time! My final interview was the best of them all, a lot more personalised and I am happy to say I stuck it out and got there in the end!

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2018
Interview
Interview process was extremely smooth. Everyone was accommodating to my current role and was able to work with my schedule. Phone interview was very engaging and it was easy to gauge if they liked me or not. However, in the in person - everyone had their poker faces (as expected). They were very good with following up and letting me know next steps :)

Seven touches from HR to Director. Got the job, was happy for the first 6 months and then it all gets a little too complicated with the unrealistic targets and internal "brand" management
