The most ridiculous process. A 4.5 hours "assessment center", with role-play, sales scenario, Q&A where the line manager just comes in briefly and "observes" my behavior. There is no interaction with the hiring manager. silly questions from junior staff and HR, who is totally uneducated and hardly done any work. Very humiliting and what a waste of time.
