The initial interview was with an AI/video interview. Not ideal, you are only given 90 seconds to answer a question that would normally take 3 minutes. So it's a little bit off-putting because there is no human in the interview, so you can't read body language to know if you're going down the right path.....

I went through 4 rounds of interviews. Each time they sent me an email, requesting to schedule a meeting for the next 4 days.
I did, every time. The interviews were non-technical, mostly to get to know my profile and background.
After 4 rounds in which they told me they were ready to make an offer, they went silent. They had contacted me directly to my personal iMessage. I texted them 3 times, no answer.
I can only assume they went with a better candidate, but a short rejection email/message would have been appreciated. Thankfully, I was not waiting for their response to find another position.
