I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Panda Express (Henderson, NV)
Interview
Was sent to a "training store". Was horrible experience, especially since the staff there was predominantly Hispanics little girls with attitude. Of all the companies I've ever applied to , this company training potential management candidates are horrific. They lose more potential candidates because of the people they throw you in with. The current Mexican girls thinks you are out to steal their job so they get this crappy attitude. I would not recommend this company to anyone
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Panda Express (Ventura, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
2 phone screening interviews and an in person interview. The in person interview was very enjoyable. I was a bit nervous but the manager spoke off the cuffs and was very informative about the company, and gave me very constructive feed back.
Panda has a very unique culture, and I would advice people who are not extremely hard working to look for other places. I went in as a hungry college graduate who didn't care about work life balance. It's a family business, so there is a cultural thing in the upper management. But honestly if you are an eager worker and willing to put down 50hrs a week for rapid promotion, this company is for you.
