KPMG Manager interview questions

The telephone interview (Director and AD) was followed by a panel interview over video conferencing (four people on the panel), which was then further rounded up by a psychometric exam.

Easy. Met a few directors and partners. Some fit questions and some technical finance questions. Felt that some of the leadership decision making process was not aligned. Took the opportunity because I could see it was a global platform and the learning opportunities were vast.
