Overall I would describe the interview process as surprisingly brief given how large of a company IBM is, so I definitely expected a longer and more drawn out series of interviews for this particular role. However, the hiring managers did seem to have a good understanding of the kind of candidate they wanted and seemed to ask appropriate questions to ensure they understood my skill set and all of my professional goals and aspirations.

Interview
face to face interview first, but the partner kept me waiting in a cafe for 2 hours, as he is busy.
The interview from IBM is kind of random, there is no strict rules to follow, and I guess most of IBMers are struggling to find a job so it's not really that serious.

Interview
Very streamlined. Got an initial phone interview followed by a scheduled in-person one. Once I arrived I waited for the interviewer to be available. The interview was straight forward with no real whacky questions.
