Great interview experience. Was interviewed initially with Recruiter, hiring manager, project managers. Was asked various different PMP related questions - managing projects, client expectations, managing stakeholders, etc. Interview wasn't too long or short - just enough time.

Interview
Interview was quite straight forward with most of the questions around agile, scrum and team management. Some of the talk was around expectations and technical experience. It was only one round discussion and immediately went for HR round with offer letter.
3 stages interview. Phone screen with HR, interview with Hiring Manager, last stage was a call with Senior Manager (the boss of Hiring Manager). Process was very vlear and compact, all three stages within a week and decision in a couple of days.
