I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM (Londres, Angleterre)
Interview
Transfered in under TUPE. Interview process was a joke, utterly disorganised and I felt I was interviewing them! Knew I'd got a job (half of us were made redundant) as the IBM rep seemed to be clutching at straws to find something to ask me due to lack of prep on his part.

Question 1
"So, what do you do then?". Total lack of prep for interview. Amateurish.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at IBM (Burlington, ON) in Jul 2012
Interview
It was an interview arranged because of an internal referral against an opening. No HR was involved and was managed directly by the hiring manager. It took just couple of mails to agree on the time and date of the interview. Hiring manager was fexible to reschedule the interview to a better place because I did not have a car.
