Ridiculously long process that is made excruciatingly painful by the bureaucracy of the company and the offshoring of HR/Recruiting to India, which makes it impossible to connect with a person from the office. Before HR was involved, the process went just slow - about 2 months from application to verbal offer, but then it took another 2 months just to get the HR to release a paper offer.
