IBM Project Manager (PM) interview questions

I applied to multiple Product Manager roles at IBM, but each time, I was left without any feedback or follow-up. The lack of communication, even after initial recruiter contact, was disappointing. It’s frustrating to invest time and effort into applications without any response. A simple reply when candidates aren’t moving forward would improve the experience significantly. I hope IBM enhances its communication practices for future applicants.
